Emily & Kurt’s Engagement Photos

I had a great time last weekend with Emily and Kurt. They are getting married in August, but since they wanted to take their engagement photos in March, we chose the Como Park conservatory to spend the morning.

We did have to avoid some of the throngs of families there to enjoy the frog-related festivities, but the nice warm feel of the tropic gardens was a nice change from the long winter here.

My niece has a hard time

I tried to take a family photo of my brother and his family. Unfortunately, the time of day couldn’t have been worse for my little niece. She is normally such a little pleasure, but she decided that having her photo taken was the worst thing that had ever happened to her. I wish we were all so lucky!
