Karen and Jeremy are getting married in October, but we found some time to take engagement photos by the stone arch bridge and the Guthrie theater one evening.

Feona & Nolan are a fantastic couple, and they had a gorgeous 2 part wedding in Northeast Minneapolis this summer. The first part was a traditional Hindu wedding at Vishnu Mandir, complete with drumming. The second part was a western style reception with a fabulous color scheme.
At the Hindu church, Feona changed from one fabulous outfit to another before the ceremony ended!
After a little break in the day, the whole group reassembled for a fabulous reception, new dresses, and lots of dancing. Feona picked out a very energetic DJ, and both Feona & Nolan’s families stayed on the floor for a long time!

Family reunion at the Lake
The good side (and difficult side) of being a photographer is that you can’t turn it off, so when my mom’s side of the family got together near Racine, Wisconsin this July, I took the opportunity to take some family photos at the lake.

Paula & Nick – Preview

Leah and Charlie chose the renovated Majestic Theater in Madison as the location for their vintage inspired wedding. Leah and Charlie both work in the professional theater world out in LA, so they designed and built the steps up to the stage, and I am pretty sure I heard Charlie talking about the lighting design right before the ceremony! Thanks for letting me be a part of your day!
