As part of my “portraits with a heart” sessions to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, I had a great time photographing baby L in his first big photo shoot. He was born this summer to a friend from my days at summer camp, and I was so happy to be able to spend time with Sarah & Chris and their new baby. Also, I love all the faces he makes!
I recently took a few photos of my brother and his family. My niece, Jackie, is normally very agreeable but put up a little opposition this time. Luckily, we got some great photos with a smile!
Almost 2 years ago, I photographed Jodi and Steve’s wedding in Detroit Lakes, MN. They lived in New York at the time, and we didn’t meet until the morning of their wedding, but we really hit it off and I had a great time getting to know their family and friends during their awesome wedding!
Well, fast forward a few years, and they have a new addition to their family that is worthy of them! I mean, not only does he look like James Dean as a 6 month old, but he is really sweet natured and outgoing!
We were able to do the photos at the W Hotel in downtown Minneapolis, where Jodi and Steve were staying for work.
