My husband and I got a chance to meet with the folks from Lift Bridge Brewery for a little interview and photo session. They work with Flat Earth Brewery in St. Paul to make a fantastic brew called Farm Girl Saison, which (for any Wisconsinites) is the closest thing to Spotted Cow this side of the St. Croix. It is also a fantastic brew in its own right, so if you can find it on tap it is worth looking into.
